Grand Forks residents rally second time for women's rights after anti-abortion legislation was approved in North Dakota.
Funding for special needs daycare is on the chopping block in Bismarck. A House committee voted ten to three to strip all funding for special needs daycare. The bill will now return to the Senate for consideration in the form of a legislative study.
