Jessica Dugan joined WDAZ as a news reporter/photographer in February of 2006.Jess covers the "cops and courts" beat for WDAZ news. She is originally from Lakeville, MN and a graduate of the University of St. Thomas with degrees in both broadcast journalism and psychology.
She lives in Grand Forks with her husband and three kids.
