Local Police Offer Tips to Stay Safe as Sex Offenders Move to Town

GRAND FORKS (WDAZ-TV) - In the last few months there have been six sex offender notifications in the area. Law enforcement only notifies the public when level three, or high-risk sex offenders move into the area.
