Heavy Fog Makes Visibility Low Across the Region

DEVILS LAKE, ND (WDAZ-TV) - Heavy fog hung over the Lake Region on Friday morning, creating very low visibility for some drivers. Even with low visibility, law enforcement officials say there were no reported accidents in Ramsey County.
