Grand Forks Dad Accused of Fracturing Baby's Skull Changes Plea to Guilty

GRAND FORKS (WDAZ-TV) - The jury trial scheduled to begin today for a Grand Forks man accused of fracturing his infant son's skull has been canceled after he changed his plea to guilty.
