Grand Forks Man Charged with 2 Counts of Gross Sexual Imposition
GRAND FORKS (WDAZ-TV) - A 71-year-old Grand Forks man was in court Tuesday on two felony counts of gross sexual imposition. Jack Duane Oatman is accused of sexual contact with an adult female while she was sleeping at his home at 1326 South 19th Street in December of 2011.
