ND Highway Patrol Captain Charged With DUI Resigns

(WDAZ-TV) - A North Dakota Highway Patrol trooper arrested in Beltrami County, MN, for drunken driving has resigned. Captain Kevin Robson had a blood alcohol concentration nearly twice Minnesota's legal limit at .15 percent.
