Minnewaukan Getting $4.8M for Home Relocation, Demolition

MINNEWAUKAN, ND (WDAZ-TV) - The city of Minnewaukan has some new leverage in the flood fight against Devils Lake. FEMA awarded the city nearly $5 million to relocate some homes and demolish others.
