Corps Finishes $9M Tolna Coulee Control Structure

DEVILS LAKE, ND (WDAZ-TV) - The Corps of Engineers has finished work on a control structure on the Tolna Coulee. The $9 million project is designed to keep flood waters from damaging communities downstream.
