Dry Weather Makes for a Nearly Mosquito-free Spring

GRAND FORKS (WDAZ-TV) - Thanks to a dry spring, we're seeing fewer mosquitoes in the area. As far as the pests go, officials say this has been one of the best years we've ever had.
