Authorities ID Man Found in Otter Tail River; Foul Play Suspected
FERGUS FALLS, Minn. – Authorities here have identified the person found dead in the Otter Tail River on Friday night as 33-year-old Scott Roger Burris and believe that foul play is involved, according to a news release from the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office.By: Forum Communications,
