Vandals Slash Nearly a Dozen Pools in North Grand Forks

GRAND FORKS (WDAZ-TV) - Police are investigating vandalism to above-ground pools on the north end of Grand Forks. Vandals have slashed holes in 10 pools located in backyards over the last week and a half.
