GFPD Promotes 2 Officers

GRAND FORKS (WDAZ-TV) - It was a big day for two members of the Grand Forks police department. Sergeant Gregory LaHaise was sworn in as the new lieutenant. Corporal Travis Benson was sworn in as the newest sergeant.
