Early Stormy Weather Doesn't Put Damper on Downtown GF 4th Festivities
GRAND FORKS (WDAZ-TV) - Stormy weather didn't stop hundreds from enjoying 4th of July activities in downtown Grand Forks. People lined the streets during the Sertoma Club's downtown celebration as the Patriotic Kids Parade started.
