Rugby Man, 25, Accused of Raping 10-year-old Girl in Devils Lake

DEVILS LAKE (WDAZ-TV) - A 25-year-old man from Rugby is awaiting trial in the rape of a ten-year-old girl in Devils Lake. Matthew Houle faces charges of burglary and gross sexual imposition.
