Grand Forks Closer to Having Social Detox Center
GRAND FORKS (WDAZ-TV) - Grand Forks is one step closer to opening a social detox center after nearly 10 years of planning. Right now, there isn't a place in the city for people to go to either sober up, or get help if they need it.
