Manvel Man Pleads Guilty in Synthetic Drug Death

FARGO — Wesley Sweeney, the Manvel, N.D., man charged with giving two synthetic drugs to a Grand Forks man who died from an apparent overdose, pleaded guilty today Friday in federal court here to a drug conspiracy count.
