"Safer Tomorrows" Initiative Comes to Grand Forks County

Grand Forks County launched a multi-million-dollar initiative this week to cut down on child abuse, neglect and bullying. Grand Forks is one of only four test sites in the country for a new program initiated by the US Department of Justice.
