Bieber Tour Bus Breaks Down in Manvel
Manvel, N.D., residents had a brush with fame early Friday morning — well, sort of. A tour bus carrying teen pop star Justin Bieber’s personal chef had to make an emergency stop in the small town along Interstate 29 after a wheel on a trailer it was pulling blew out.By: Brandi Jewett, Grand Forks Herald
