Grand Forks Intersection Could Soon Be Getting Safer
A crash-prone crossing in Grand Forks may be one step closer to getting a traffic signal after tonight's city council meeting. City officials are looking into putting in a temporary signal at South Washington Street and 40th Avenue South until a permanent one could be put in place in 2014.
