Police Discover Body in Grand Forks Skatepark
Police received a report of a deceased individual at the skateboard park in Grand Forks around 9 am Monday. Police say the individual allegedly hung him/herself next to one of the ramps in the park that is right next to the Grand Forks Police Station.
