Council Votes 5-1 For New Traffic Light

Grand Forks City Council voted five to one tonight to install a traffic signal at the intersection of South Washington Street and 40th Avenue South. But there was conflicting discussion this evening on if installing the traffic signal a year early is worth an $80,000 loss.
