Grand Forks Council At Odds Over Salary Raises Again
The debate over Pete Haga's controversial salary raise continued tonight at a Finance meeting. Some city employees are eligible for a "pay for performance" adjustment in 2013. Whether Haga should be included after he received a hefty boost this year has some council members fuming again.
