Fargo Man Owner of Ranch Where Horses Found Dead
The Morton County Sheriff's Office says a Fargo man is the owner of a New Salem ranch where nearly 100 horses were found dead. Authorities say the man is Bill Kiefer, the same man shown here who ran as a write in candidate for US Senate this past election.
