Fiscal Cliff to Blame for Tax Return Delays

Tax season is ramping up, but thanks to last month's fiscal cliff deal in Washington not everyone can file with the IRS yet. The deal changed the tax code, and the IRS couldn't make the changes in time for everyone to file right away.
