Man Sentenced to 11 Years in Prison on Meth Charge
Tomas Dieguez pleaded guilty in November to conspiracy to possess with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Authorities say Dieguez and Arnaldo Guerrero sold meth in the Fargo area in July.
