ND Woman Charged with 2 Counts of Manslaughter
A North Dakota woman is facing criminal charges in a vehicle-pedestrian accident that killed two people. Sheila Morin has been indicted in federal court with two counts of involuntary manslaughter. She has pleaded not guilty.
