New Rockford, N.D., Man Gets 17 Years in Fargo Attempted Murder Case
A man from New Rockford, N.D., was sentenced to 17 years in prison after pleading guilty to charges accusing him of stomping on a man’s head and kicking him until he was bleeding and unconscious.
