N.D. Senate Reverses Vote, OKs Shirvani Buyout Amendment
North Dakota state senators Wednesday morning reversed a vote from the previous day and approved funding to the University System’s budget to allow the State Board of Higher Education to buy out Chancellor Hamid Shirvani’s remaining contract.By: TJ Jerke, Forum News Service
