Mayor Brown Unveils "Big Plan" for Grand Forks
Grand Forks Mayor Michael Brown unveiled his "Big Plan" Wednesday as part of his State of the City address. Brown used 'BIG' as an acronym for Build, Invest, and Grow, the next steps to guiding Grand Forks into the future.
