Northrop Grumman On Board for Proposed Air Base Tech Complex

A proposed technology complex on the Grand Forks Air force Base may have its first tenant. Senator John Hoeven announced today that Northrop Grumman, a UAS manufacturer, has made a commitment that would likely make it an anchor business at the complex.
