Man Charged in Herald Shotgun Case Pleads Not Guilty
A Grand Forks man has been arraigned on illegal possession of a firearm and disorderly conduct charges stemming from a found loaded shotgun at the Grand Forks Herald newspaper. Phillip Manaigre has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
