Supreme Court Rules Board Has Authority to Change Sioux Nickname
Early this morning the North Dakota Supreme Court ruled in favor of the State Board of Higher Education. The ruling says legally there are no roadblocks to the board changing the Fighting Sioux nickname and logo.
