Outcry Over East Grand Forks EDHA Agreement

Some East Grand Forks business owners and council members say there needs to be more checks and balances with the city's Economic Development and Housing Authority. This comes after a decision by the EDHA to sign an exclusive listing agreement with Crary Homes and Real Estate...and many of the council members didn't even know about it until today.
