SEMI HAULING ANHYDROUS ROLLS ON HIGHWAY 2 NEAR NIAGRA
A late Monday evening accident has diverted traffic around a semi-rollover at the Nelson-Grand Forks County border on Highway 2. The accident happened just inside Nelson County.
