Herald Shotgun Suspect Sentenced
The man who left a loaded shotgun at the Grand Forks Herald newspaper and then had police on a six hour standoff was sentenced to around three months in jail, but 22-year-old Philip Manaigre can serve the time on electronic home monitoring.
