One man in custody after a shooting at West Acres Cinema; Suspect and victims identified
The suspect and victims in the shooting incident that took place at 4101 17th Avenue South on Sunday, June 5 has been identified. Felipe Estrada (44) of Dilworth, MN was charged with two counts of Attempted Murder, one count of Aggravated Reckless Endangerment, and one count of Aggravated Assault. Charles David Roskom (32) of Fargo, ND suffered a laceration injury to his head. Juan Carlos Garza (42) of Fargo, ND suffered multiple gunshot wounds to his torso area during the incident.
