Documents Show Repeated Complaints Made Against Fired GF Teacher
A Grand Forks industrial technology teacher fired after conduct unbecoming a teacher had been investigated for sexual harassment against a female student and also made a comment toward a female African-American student about being "chocolate." Through a Freedom Of Information request, WDAZ obtained memos surrounding former Schroeder Middle School teacher Cornel Kilber's personnel file.
