Sioux Nickname Tribal Approval Deadline Passes

It was by today that UND would need permission from North Dakota's two Sioux tribes if there was a chance to continue to use the Fighting Sioux nickname and logo. Those were the terms of a lawsuit settlement with the NCAA three years ago.
