Man Fires 14 Shots Outside Grand Forks Bar

Grand Forks police arrested a man accused of firing a gun in south Grand Forks around 12:30 am Monday. Officers were called to the area of the Southgate Casino Bar and Grill for a man who reportedly fired several shots in the air and left the area in a car.
