Devils Lake City Commissioner Pleads Guilty to Carrying a Concealed Weapon
A Devils Lake City Commissioner has pleaded guilty to carrying a concealed weapon. Craig Stromme was arrested October 30th for driving under the influence and carrying a concealed weapon.
