Man Accused of Shooting Over a Dozen Shots Outside GF Bar Waives Preliminary Hearing
A Grand Forks man who faces multiple charges for firing a handgun while leaving a Grand Forks bar has waived his preliminary hearing. 31-year-old Ut Muoi Ngo is charged with reckless endangerment and having a firearm at a bar or gaming site.
