UPDATED: All of I-29 in ND Remains Closed; I-94 Still Closed from Bismarck to Alexandria
All of I-29 in North Dakota remains closed Saturday morning as well as I-94 from Bismarck all the way to Alexandria, MN due to blowing snow that is causing very low visibility. The interstates have been closed for the better part of two days.
