Bob Rost Sworn In As Grand Forks County Sheriff
Bob Rost was sworn in as Grand Forks County Sheriff Tuesday, after more than 40 years in law enforcement. Bob Rost says he has a few changes he'd like to make in the department and says he can't believe the day of his swearing in is here.
