State Bank and Trust latest victim of phone scam

Fargo-Moorhead (WDAY TV) - It was a text message that came late at night, and buzzed thousands of phones here in Fargo-Moorhead. A fraudulent text message went out to countless State Bank Customers and non-customers alike Saturday Night. The scam involved cell phones, not home phones.
