AG Stenehjem Says Towner Co. Ambulance Board Violated Open Meetings Law
North Dakota Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem has issued an opinion that the Towner County Ambulance Service Board violated the open meetings laws when it held a committee meeting to discuss replacing the current manager without providing notice to the public.
