Child Abuse Trial Begins For Rugby Woman
The trial for a Rugby woman charged with child abuse began today. Jury selection in the trial began this morning. Lori Ann Voeller faces 8 counts of Child Abuse or Neglect. Authorities say the children were between the ages of 4 months and 5 years.
