MN Lawmakers Debate Restrictions on ND-Produced Electricity
Minnesota lawmakers are debating whether to continue restricting the use of North Dakota-produced electricity. Rep. Mike Beard, R-Shakopee, is pushing a bill to eliminate that restriction, saying Minnesota needs affordable electrical power from North Dakota plants fueled by lignite coal.By: Don Davis, Forum Communications
