No Travel Advised In NE North Dakota
The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) has extended the No Travel Advisory to north eastern North Dakota including the cities of Grand Forks, Devils Lake and surrounding areas due to high winds that are causing blowing and drifting snow that is sticking to the roadway creating areas of near zero visibility, areas of scattered ice, and ice covered roadways.
