Wind Chill Warning in Effect Until Noon Wednesday
The National Weather Service has issued wind chill warning for the area, remaining in effect until noon on Wednesday. The NWS says bitterly cold arctic air has settled over the northern plains. Frigid temperatures are combining with winds of up to 15 mph.By: WDAZ Staff Reports,
